The Nikon TI2 is a fluorescence microscope optimized for manual and automated imaging biological samples. It is equiped with a motorized x-y-z Stage and folling Lenses:

• 10x Objective N.A. 0.30 / WD 15,2 mm
• 20x Objective N.A. 0.45 / WD 8,2-6,9 mm
• 40x Objective N.A. 0.60 / WD 3,6-2,8 mm
• 60x Objective N.A. 0.5-1.25 / WD 0,22 mm (Oil)

Quandband filter cube optimized for DAPI, CFP/SiR Actin, CFP/RFP, GFP/RFP, Alexa FLuor 488/TO-PRO-3 Iodide:

• 395/25 ET Bandpass
• 470/22 BrightLine HC
• 554/23 BrightLine HC
• 640/20 BrightLine HC

Z-Stacks, 2D and 3D stitiching with various filter settings works routinousely. Soon also an Okolab - H301-T-UNIT-BL-PLUS stagetop incubator will be available allowing temperature and CO₂ controll for live-cell imaging.
